Heated Yin invites us to slow down and connect to our breath. Infrared heat helps soothe tight muscles and joints. We spend three to five minutes in each posture to get deeper into the muscles and fascia of the body. The challenge is sitting still with ourselves and keeping our monkey minds in the present moment.
