Basic Flow - No Heat
Create a balance of breath and body with an energizing yoga flow connecting with the heart and soul. This class moves slowly through the flow and is great for all levels, beginners are welcome.
Slow Flow - No Heat
This is a beginner friendly, slow moving vinyasa class. We will connect breath, body and spirit with a gentle and slower paced flow class. Open to all levels, modifications are always offered. Each class is different, please come with an open heart and an open mind.
Gentle Hatha Yoga - No Heat
Great for beginners or anyone who wants to slow things down a bit. Focus on alignment, breath, strength and balance in the basic postures of Hatha yoga, modifications for postures are offered. Highly recommend for first timers. It will help you learn the asanas and how they are incorporated throughout a class.
Beginner Yoga- No Heat
Offered every Saturday morning a fun flow, perfect for all levels. Entering with an open mind and a willing body learn the basics of yoga or refresh your practice by getting back to the basics. Come experience what yoga is all about. This is a non heated class.
Yoga Basics - No Heat
The beginner class series introduces the history of yoga, fundamental principles of alignment, and breath work. Students will be introduced to yoga postures through step-by-step verbal description and demonstration. Emphasis is placed on student understanding, safety, and stability within each pose.
Classes are open to students of all levels and offer accessible alignment principles from which students can be playful, explore their creative potential, heal and transform. With a focus on breath and feeling, these classes draw from a range of yoga traditions including Ashtanga, Hatha ,and Vinyasa. In addition to asana, classes include opportunities for pranayama and meditation.

Strengthening Vinyasa - No Heat
These classes are built around correct form, stretching and strengthening. They move at a slower pace with some intensity and are great for all levels! Prepare to tap into your power and leave invigorated!
Vin-Yin Flow- No Heat
In Vinyasa/Flow yoga we flow with our breath allowing postures to thread together into a sequence of breath led movement. Yin offers a sweet, relaxing stretch focused on lengthening muscles, releasing fascia and allowing ligaments and tendons to release. This is a non heated class, perfect for your monday night release!
Yin/Restorative - No Heat
This is a yin style class incorporating deep stretches that are held for a few minutes each. You are supported with the use of props, and can passively allow your body to open. It is relaxing yet challenging, and perfect for all levels. Beginner's are welcome! We stay very still and are given a chance to connect the body, mind and spirit.
Vinyasa Flow - No Heat or Warm Infrared
Vinyasa means connection. Connect to your breath, body and spirit! Always fun and creative, the class evolves through the connection of students with teachers. Build heat while opening the body and heart. Come prepared to breathe, move and sweat! Infrared heat warms your muscles and releases toxins.
Prenatal Yoga- No Heat
Our prenatal yoga class is designed to mentally and physically prepare expecting mothers for the beautiful journey into motherhood. This class will focus on breath work, flexibility, strengthening and relaxation that attendees can utilize during their birthing experience.
Mindfulness Meditation - No Heat
In this donation based class give your body and mind restorative rest as you subconscious world becomes illuminated with the power of meditation. In this class you will be brought to the power of now, refocusing your energy and mind towards mindfulness, understanding and peace.
Guided Meditation - No Heat
In this one hour meditation allow yourself the gift of quieting the mind and illuminating your inner world. Surrounded by the peaceful atmosphere of art, culture and respect take the time to put your daily lives at ease and develop a greater relationship with your inner self. With guided visualizations, give your subconscious plane the chance to awaken, allowing the worries of the physical world to be put to rest. Understand and approach the obstacles, passions, and gut feelings that motivate your day to day life from a positive and free perspective.
