Boot camps focus on overall fitness, strength, cardiovascular health and fun in a dynamic environment. This group session is instructional and is tailored to the needs of the individual as well as the group. Cardiac Pulmonary Rehab
Cardiac Pulmonary Rehab recovery training is specifically designed for those who have previously had a cardiac or pulmonary challenges that have required physician intervention be it medication, physical restrictions, surgery and/or physical rehabilitation. We have dedicated personal trainers who have had experience coaching people through these difficulties and onto better health. Physician medical clearance will be required before starting this program.
Muscle endurance is the muscle(s) ability to exert repeated sustained force against resistance. With muscle endurance will come speed of the muscle to perform optimally and with agility or efficiently changing body position. Our trainers will build all of this into your training program to improve all three disciplines.
Group sessions are a fun, cost effective, personalized way to stay fit along side your friends and/or family. Unlike boot camp, these smaller group sessions (2 or more participants) will be tailored to the needs of the clients as a whole. The intensity and focus of the sessions reflect the desires of the group and have more individualized attention from the trainer.
Health coaching, also known as wellness coaching, empowers our clients to enhance their confidence to take control of their overall lifestyle through improved fitness, behavior, nutrition and complete health.
Coming back from injury or ailment can be a challenge; however, with a personalized step by step program in coordination with your physician and if applicable physical therapist, you will reach and exceed your milestones with confidence through the support, guidance and vast personal experience of our trainers.
Mommy & Me
Mommy & Me is a program designed for new mothers and their babies. Mothers will bring their baby’s who will provide some carefully crafted and safe resistance exercises for their mommies. This is a low key and fun class that allows mommy and baby to have wonderful and unique bonding time while getting fit.
Pre to Post Pregnancy Exercise Training
Pre to Post Pregnancy Exercise Training provides expectant and new mothers a way to stay fit and improve their overall health and that of the baby through low impact safe exercise. These programs, in coordination with their OB/GYN are adapted to each woman and their entire progression of their pregnancy to maintain a healthy pregnancy and ease of getting your body back to pre pregnancy fitness. Yoga, if cleared by your physician, is also recommended as an effective compliment to your training program.
Sports Specific Training
Sports Specific Training prepares our clients for specific sporting events such as running, triathlons, cycling, swimming, soccer, basketball and many other sports. The knowledge and experience of our trainers will allow you to participate at your maximum potential while enjoying the event at a comfortable level.
TRX training is a cutting edge suspension training system that allows you to use your own body weight to do a variety of strength training exercises. You and your trainer can make it as easy or challenging as you wish.

Weight & Strength Training
Weight & strength training are important building blocks to better health and warding off many of the side effects of aging. As an example past and recent studies show that weight bearing exercises help strengthen not only muscles but bones thus helping to decrease the risk of osteoporosis.
Many of our clients also are looking to strengthen muscles and some even adding lean muscle mass. Our trainers will customize a program whether you want to improve your muscle strength for better daily living, improved posture, activity enhancement and improved confidence or develop more toned muscle mass through increased weighted exercises.
