Heated Yin invites us to slow down and connect to our breath. Infrared heat helps soothe tight muscles and joints. We spend three to five minutes in each posture to get deeper into the muscles and fascia of the body. The challenge is sitting still with ourselves and keeping our monkey minds in the present moment. This is a perfect class for the beginner yogi or anyone with a regular yoga practices that is looking to get into touch with their mind, body, and spirit.

In Vinyasa/Flow yoga we flow with our breath allowing postures to thread together into a sequence of breath led movement. Yin offers a sweet, relaxing stretch focused on lengthening muscles, releasing fascia and allowing ligaments and tendons to release. This is a non heated class, perfect for your monday night release!
