My name is Nicholas Tolliver, I became a personal trainer because it’s my passion to help people become there healthiest selves. I believe in being healthy and in shape through life so you can have as much fun doing whatever it is you love, wether it’s running a race or competing in triathlons, or maybe competing in the next men’s physique competition or just getting through everyday with tons of energy and options I am here to assist every step of the way. I have had a blast competing in triathlons, men’s physique competitions and surfing when the waves are good. My approach involves eating all the right foods and avoiding the bad ones, staying on a balanced weight lifting and cardio routine and simply having fun. Hope to see you soon!
